We thought it would be fun to look at the rockstars of the HR world to see if their work weeks were any less crazy or hectic than ours. How do they spend their time at work? According to a study by totaljobs.com, a U.K.-based job search and recruiting tool, the top three things HR “elites” (managers and above) spend most of their time on are:

  • Meeting with senior staff and business partners: 21.8%
  • Employee relations and engagement: 15.3%
  • Meeting with employees: 13.6%
